Rod Resizing Machine
This connecting rod re-sizing machine makes sure that all connecting rods are re-sized to the exact specifications for
proper engine operation and fit. Connecting rods should be used only after testing for cracks, installation of new rod bolts
and nuts, finishing and hardening, and after the ends are re-sized to the exact fit. The connecting rod's ends have to be
exactly on center and square to the piston wrist pin and crankshaft rod journals. Any misalignment will promote vibration
and early piston wear resulting from off center flexing and twisting of the connecting rod/piston assembly as it operates.

Crank Welding Machine
This machine builds up journals so that it can be resized to the exact specifations that our customer requires.
If the crank isn't resized then the crank is no good.

Line Hone
This machine resizes the main caps/journals so that it will fit in the engine properly. When a baring is
spone there are two things that must be done:
1) Repair the crank by welding and resizing/regrinding it to desire spec.
2) Line Hone the main journal of the block to be sure all journals are the same size so that the barings and
crank will fit to specific specifications.

Cylinder Hone
After the cylinder is bored, then the cyclinder hone is resized with the whole for a perfect fit.

Crank Grinder
After the crank is welded, it must be grinded for specifications. The size is very important for proper
operation.
