Inside the Machine Shop
We will list some of the equipment separately so that it will be easier to see why the
machine shop is so useful to us.
$ Repair
Crank Shafts by under-cutting, welding, straitening , and grinding to size with a micro finish polishing belt
to complete the job. We also offer align Boring for crank shaft main baring bore, and decking of the block
at four corners, which makes a good foundation for racing engines.
$ Block Repair is due to the wear
factor in a cylinder. The cylinder must be bored to fit the next piston size available so that it works properly . If wore
beyond available piston size, the cylinder will need to be sleeved. All sleeving is done on a Rottler F5M Boring Machine.
$ Pressure Checking
includes: small gasoline automotive cylinder heads to 3406 caterpillar cylinder heads and all in between.
$ Crack Repair
- Depending on the crack we are capable of saving cracked cylinder heads by repairing them.
$ Cylinder Head Rebuilding
- We are capable of rebuilding gas and diesel cylinder heads as well as racing. We also replace valve guides and seats.
